Provides introductory training for understanding Process Capability with the basics of Statistical Process Control (SPC) in processes. Participants will learn the concepts of process variation, how it affects process capability, and ways to reduce variation. Participants will also gain a knowledge of which SPC tools to apply for specific processes.
