ATN Workshop Cancellation Policy: Anyone registered for a workshop may cancel their registration no later than 7-calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the workshop to avoid having to pay the full cost of the class.

Any client wishing to cancel their registration must submit the cancellation request by email to the contact person for the training class. The cancellation process is complete once confirmation of the cancellation email is issued to the client. Anyone registered for a workshop must receive this confirmation email stating their registration has been canceled to avoid being invoiced for the full cost of the training. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

"No shows" and cancellations not made within the specified period of 7-calendar days will incur the full cost of registration; however, a substitution of a different attendee on the registration will be allowed.
